23 December 2021- Doha, Qatar: Doha’s leading lifestyle hotel, Mondrian Doha, shares in the end-of-year festivities and invites Doha residents and visitors to spend the most memorable holiday season with the hotel, joining Mondrian’s lavish festive events and enjoying a culinary extravaganza specially concocted by the hotel’s top chefs. 

Mondrian Doha’s fine dining gem, CUT by Wolfgang Puck, will host an array of festive events starting with Christmas Eve brunch between 12.30 and 3.30pm on December 24th, a warm celebration of togetherness with a family-style shared menu and exciting live entertainment. CUT’s magic will continue in the evening with a delightful Christmas Eve dinner from 6 to 11pm, and on December 25th guests will be invited for the Christmas Day brunch from 11 am to 3pm to enjoy mouthwatering dishes and a festive live performance. Extending the celebration to Qatar’s homes, CUT will also be offering its once-a-year exclusive Turkey-to-Go between December 23rd and 25th , to be preordered 2 days prior. 

The place to be for New Year’s Eve, CUT, will host a glamorous Hollywood-themed party with live entertainment shows between 6pm and 12am and will invite guests for the first brunch of the year on the 1st of January from 12.30 to 3.30pm. 

Hudson Tavern, Mondrian Doha’s urban escape for craft burgers and cold brews, will concoct a delicious special festive menu with a variety of scrumptious bites to share. An engaging live Turkey carving station will be part of the exciting festive menu, and exquisite desserts will be served to finish the feast on a sweet note. Festive brunches will be hosted on the 24th and 25th of December, from 12.30 pm- 3.30 pm, while those willing to celebrate Christmas at home will be able to order a wonderful Hudson Tavern’s Christmas Roast Box available from 23 to 25 December. Pre-orders of up to 3 hours before hand are required.

Hudson Tavern will continue the feast with New Year’s celebrations all day long, starting with a Southern Social Brunch and a New Year’s Eve 80’s-themed party with glittering outfits, cheery 80’s beats, and special 80’s dishes, including the legendary Sloppy Joes and 7-layer dip. 

The first eponymous Morimoto in the Middle East and Qatar’s much-loved Japanese restaurant will host a unique Sushi & Steak boxing day dinner on 26th of December at 6 pm, featuring Christmas Festive-themed welcome drinks and desserts served with a refined selection of Nigiri. Morimoto will end the year with a creative Omakase style set menu with the theme of ‘fortune telling’ based on the ‘wishing tree’ concept will be offered to the guests for New Year’s Eve night. Guests will be relish in a magnificent 6-course menu presented with a fascinating live entertainment starting on 31 December at 6 pm.

Doha’s favourite Middle Eastern cuisine destination, Walima, will welcome 2022 with an exciting program for December 31st. For the last evening of 2021, guests will be invited to immerse into a mystical atmosphere of 1001 nights at the Walima terrace for an ‘Arabica’-themed night and Middle Eastern delights served on a la carte basis. Guests will also be able to choose a Play-Room evening, with a cabana or a private room just for themselves, cold and hot appetizers served at the table, while the main courses and desserts will be served buffet style. 

Mondrian Doha’s heavenly sweet oasis, EllaMia adds excitement to the festivities by offering its special Gingerbread House Decoration Kit for kids. Guests who are enjoying CUT’s Christmas Brunches on 24 & 25 December can also leave their kids to enjoy EllaMia’s Gingerbread House Decoration Class and its countless activities. Starting from 19 December till 7 January, EllaMia will craft its divine desserts to celebrate the festive season by offering Special festive theme Chocolate Bells, Panettone, Gingerbread Cookies, Yule log, and other festive delights, in addition to its dazzling Festive Afternoon Tea.
