Dedicated to Mediterranean food aficionados
Doha, Qatar – 21, March 2022: Banana Island Resort Doha, the leading destination for luxury in Qatar, re-opened its Riva restaurant with a brand new look and menu, welcoming the lovers of the Mediterranean food to satisfy their taste buds, thereby adding a new concept to the distinctive dining experiences that the resort has always been famous for.
With this re-opening, guests will be able to enjoy, in an exceptional atmosphere, the most innovative dishes from the Mediterranean region, prepared by Riva’s Chef De Cuisine Julio Sanz, with his vast experience and expertise. The restaurant's indoor dining area is characterized by a refreshing modern décor, while the lavish outdoor garden is the perfect place to appreciate the stunning view of the sea, the overwater villas, and the nearby luxurious marina of the resort called “Pier 51”. Guests can park their private boats or yachts at the marina and leisurely walk their way to Riva, which is the very first restaurant you will find from the jetty.
On this occasion, Chef Julio Sanz, said: “Our whole team worked hard to come up with a unique and exclusive menu that includes a variety of dishes and famous flavors from different parts of the Mediterranean area. Through the new menu, guests will be able to delight in a mixture of classic and contemporary dishes, ranging from seafood, meat, and chicken, on top of a fresh selection of appetizers, pizzas, and specialty beverages and desserts.”
