September 8, Doha, Qatar – Maya Doha announces the return of its long-awaited Friday brunch, this time with a new legendary concept, offering guests plenty of delightful surprises. The fastest way to cure that late Thursday night after effect feeling is with Maya’s Resaca brunch. Brunch enthusiasts will be welcomed back to their favorite authentic Mexican restaurant, starting Friday September 10th and every Friday from 1 pm to 4 pm, for a special Resaca brunch, with a host of new elements. Get ready to be welcomed the Mexican way, with a complimentary enhanced beverage on the house, the moment you check in to Maya. 

Maya’s re-launched brunch will include some promising extraordinary additions and an outstanding menu that will be curated specifically for the day. Signature dishes from the traditional guacamole, traditional quesadillas, to the ceviche, among many others will be available on the menu. Naming a few other exclusive dishes that will be available only on that day, all the way from Mexico, known to cure a Resaca, is the famous Birria Shot, made of beef broth, onion, and lime. One shot and say goodbye to that Thursday Resaca after effect. Another promising dish is the Chilaquiles en Salsa Verde, made of corn chips, green sauce, sour cream, sunny side up egg and cheese. 

All these exclusive dishes are Chef Sergio Pena’s creations. For the past 3 years Chef Sergio has been bringing incredible flavors, with an authentic Mexican twist and touch, to Maya Doha’s kitchen. 

Guests are invited to celebrate fun cheerful vibes at Maya Doha with Resaca brunch, because no Friday Is meant to be boring. Resaca brunch breaks all standards compared to other brunches, especially with its lively ambiance, cheerful, staff in addition to its friendly and accommodating hostesses and waiters, who will take care of every single detail, ensuring nothing but a joyful Friday brunch experience. 

Guests can enjoy 7 appetizing dishes along with 3 desserts for 320 QAR including soft beverages only. For a total of 349 QAR, guests can boost their experience with an enhanced beverage package and can top it up with an additional 120 QAR for an extra bubbly experience.
