Doha, Qatar –August, 12 2021: In an internal Challenge to motivate and be inspired by its own people, Qatar Post received no less than 60 fresh ideas from Qatar Post employees – covering everything from process and service improvements, to environmental and sustainability initiatives. Such creativity not only delivers innovative solutions for Qatar Post customers, but also cultivates a culture of smart thinking, showcases the company’s ‘industry best practice’ in innovation, and helps Qatar Post support the modernization goals set out in Qatar’s National Vision 2030.

The 10 selected finalists pitched their ideas to Qatar Post Executives – and the best initiatives have already gone forward to a Strategy team for detailed evaluation of feasibility and effectiveness, with a view to rolling them out as soon as possible. The quality and quantity of suggestions submitted has led Qatar Post to announce that the Challenge will now be held annually for at least three years to come.
