The new service is dedicated to the delivery of flowers and will be available free of charge for all Qatar residents.

26, July 2021 – Doha, Qatar:  Snoonu, Qatar’s fastest growing delivery-services company, is pleased to announce it has recently launched a new exclusive service on its App dedicated to the delivery of flowers, ‘Snooflower’.

With the launch of this new service, customers can now choose from a variety of flower retailers across Qatar and enjoy receiving their special flower arrangements delivered free of charge to their doorsteps.

‘Snooflower’ launched on 18th July, in time for Eid Al Adha to enable shoppers to enjoy a convenient and fun flower shopping experience from the comfort of their homes.

Unlike local delivery applications, Snoonu has curved its niche into becoming a one stop application offering Qatar residents accessibility to shopping from shopping malls, factories, health and beauty shops, technology stores, chocolates shops, pharmacies as well as personal concierge services and now flowers. The consumer application offers a range of popular vendors and a variety of features such as multiple delivery options.

Being a responsible corporate citizen, Snoonu believes in the development of the community where it operates, to build a sustainable economy and society, as well as part of its commitment to contributing to Qatar’s National Vision 2030. The initiative comes in line with the company’s relentless efforts to support a wider pool of merchants and provide shoppers with an expanded umbrella of unmatched services.

Founder and CEO of Snoonu, Hamad Mubarak Al Hajri said: “Snoonu is centred around people and their needs. The App presents the ideal platform to further contribute to supporting merchants that are often left behind. I am confident that the launch of Snooflower will bring added value to both shoppers as well as vendors. The initiative has already been widely applauded by the community.”

“Snoonu will continue to support local businesses through partaking in more local initiatives, and ensuring we continue upholding the fastest delivery services in Qatar, while offering unmatched customer service”, Hamad concluded.

The new ‘Snooflower’ service will be available to shoppers for delivery from Saturday to Thursday from 8am to 12am, and on Friday from 10am to 11pm.

As Qatar’s home-grown success story that aims to be the first local Unicorn company, Snoonu is keen to continue developing its services, introducing new features and improvements on its platform to streamline the process while offering seamless market-leading delivery services in Qatar to its over 100,000 users. Snoonu also has ambitious plans for regional and international expansion, including entering the Middle East and CIS markets.

Committed to Qatar’s community, Snoonu continues to support more than 2000 of its partner merchants with lower commissions, supporting them in the difficult context of the pandemic and offering a seamless online shopping experience to keep the community safe.
