12 February 2025 – Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som, the Middle East’s first and largest full immersion wellness destination, marked a successful Qatar National Sports Day 2025 in partnership with Aspire Zone, welcoming the community to a day of movement, mindfulness, and wellness at Aspire Park.

Zulal Wellness Resort hosted a variety of sessions, including Hatha Yoga, Mindful Meditation, Tai Chi, and Thai Boxing, led by expert practitioners. These sessions provided attendees with an opportunity to experience a balanced approach to physical and mental wellbeing, incorporating the wisdom of Traditional Arabic & Islamic Medicine (TAIM).

Alongside the sessions, Zulal’s interactive booth became a key highlight of the event, drawing in visitors eager to learn about the resort’s family wellness programs, sustainable practices, and the benefits of integrating TAIM-inspired healing into everyday life.
