Proudly Honouring Qatar's Heritage with Culinary Excellence

Doha, Qatar – 11 December 2024: IDAM by Alain Ducasse (IDAM), and Jiwan Restaurant, two of Qatar’s leading culinary destinations, proudly announce their plans for Qatar National Day 2024. Combining Qatari culture with world-class dining, both venues are set to host exciting special events on 18 December, featuring live music from Doha’s very own Jazz Band.

Located within the iconic Museum of Islamic Art (MIA), contemporary French fine dining restaurant, IDAM, is proud to announce that Head Chef Fabrice Rosso will join forces with Chef Salman Al Jaidah, Qatar’s first chef to graduate with a bachelor’s degree from the prestigious Swiss Culinary Arts Academy, to collaborate on a special dish for their Qatar National Day menu. Join us for an evening of celebration set against a backdrop of music from Doha Jazz Band.

Meanwhile, modern Middle Eastern restaurant Jiwan at the National Museum of Qatar (NMoQ) invites you to indulge in a special celebratory menu that tells the story of our heritage, each dish honouring the past while innovating for the present. Enjoy stunning views from the terrace and live music on Qatar National Day with family and friends at Jiwan.
