Her signature service, Rebalancing, is a comprehensive practice that works at the fascia level, incorporating tissue and muscle massage, joint development, and breathing techniques. This approach aims to harmonise the body’s systems, correct misalignments, and release emotional blocks to promote a profound connection to oneself.

In addition, she offers Facial Brush Massage + Palsing, a treatment that utilises jade rollers and a variety of brushes to alleviate stress and restore energy balance. Her Rebozo Massage, steeped in Mexican tradition, is particularly beneficial for pregnant women and those recovering from childbirth, while her Sacral or Postpartum Swaddling provides an extensive, nurturing experience for all.

Rebalancing

This practice includes deep bodywork at the fascia level, tissue and muscle massage, joint development, as well as breathing, energy techniques, and meditation. Rebalancing helps restart all body systems - muscular, endocrine, fascial, nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic. It also works on joint mobility, corrects spinal and pelvic misalignments, and harmonises the body's physical, energetic, and emotional states. Additionally, it promotes self-awareness by revealing unconscious reactions, hidden emotions, and mental patterns, while also helping to release emotional blocks.

Facial Brush Massage and Palsing

Includes a hand massage conducted with jade rollers and 14 different size brushes, together with PALSING – a holistic, vibratory massage for the body. The action of the brush massage and PALSING are designed to relieve stress, release emotional blocks and restore the natural energy balance.

Rebozo Massage

A Mexican massage using authentic hand-woven rebozo cloths. It is ideal for pregnant women and postpartum recovery but can also be enjoyed by both women and men for its therapeutic benefits.

Sacral or Postpartum Swaddling

The base is taken from the Mexican tradition of women’s recovery after childbirth. It could be done by all (women and men) and lasts for up to 5-7 hours. It includes psychological work upon request, herbs and plants, rebozo massage, herbal bath (or temazkal, or sauna), oil massage, and swaddling itself.
