During the National Peru Day celebration, COYA will serve its award-winning brunch menu, providing a gastronomic adventure that celebrates the vibrant culinary heritage of the country.

Guests will be treated to COYA's signature dishes including the Arroz Nikkei, which pairs Chilean sea bass with rice, lime, and chili, offering a burst of flavors, as well as the Salmon a la Brasa, a delectable preparation of salmon fillet, stir-fry quinoa, soy, and green vegetables
For those looking to share the joy with friends and loved ones, COYA also features sharing dishes, promising a communal dining experience that exemplifies the essence of Peru's culinary traditions, such as the Peruvian Rice, a blend of white rice, corn, and garlic, as well as the delicious Patatas Bravas, consisting of crispy potatoes served with spicy tomato and huancaina sauce.
