Qatar Museums, IN-Q Enterprises and Groupe Ducasse Paris celebrated 10 years of collaboration with an exclusive Chef’s Table evening with VIP guests as well as Doha’s top influencers and media who enjoyed an elaborate culinary presentation with Alain Ducasse

Doha, 28 January 2023 -- IN-Q Enterprises (IN-Q), the commercial arm and a wholly owned subsidiary of Qatar Museums (QM), hosted a Chef’s Table event on January 17 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of IDAM by Alain Ducasse at the Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) and the decade-long partnership between Groupe Ducasse Paris and Qatar Museums. 

The Chef’s Table featured an elaborate culinary presentation boasting a combination of flavours crafted by Alain Ducasse Executive Chef, Jeremy Cheminade and IDAM’s Head Chef, Fabrice Rosso and Head Pastry Chef, Lucas Fourdrinier. 

The Chef’s Table, which was attended by Alain Ducasse, presented the perfect opportunity for VIPs, influencers, and the media to have a taste of the restaurant’s latest menu and enjoy a conversation with the Michelin starred chef.

IDAM was established in 2013, as the first foray of Alain Ducasse, into the Middle East.  It marked the first venture in the collaboration between Groupe Ducasse Paris and Qatar Museums.

In November 2022, IDAM reopened after the renovations at MIA, with Mr. Mathieu Courtin in the helm as the Restaurant Manager and Chef Fabrice Rosso as Head Chef. In commemorating a decade of haute cuisine IDAM is welcoming back guests and new visitors with an enhanced menu and an elevated experience.

Located on the top floor of MIA, IDAM celebrates an iconic landmark in Qatar in an environment that seamlessly blends local tradition with modernity and offers picture-perfect views of Doha’s skyline. The spectacular view is matched with an exquisite interior created by French designer, Phillipe Starck,
