Doha, Qatar – 20 June 2022:   Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som, the region’s largest holistic wellness resort and the world's first contemporary showcase of Traditional Arabic & Islamic Medicine (TAIM), invites guests to immerse themselves in its new 7-night summer retreat - Mental Wellness and Emotional Detox Retreat – available from July to August.

This summer, Zulal Wellness Resort invites guests to escape the challenges and stress of everyday and step into a wellness sanctuary that will transport them to a peaceful and tranquil oasis. With a strong focus on positivity, purpose, resourcefulness, and compassion, the Mental Wellness and Emotional Detox Retreat is designed to enhance one’s ability to recover from daily stress and adapt to change. The programme incorporates reflective practices from local wellness traditions and mindfulness in natural surroundings to enhance guests’ mental equilibrium and overall emotional well-being.
With guests’ health and mental wellness as a top priority, the summer retreat has been mindfully crafted incorporating a sustainable wellness program that is focused on providing the perfect atmosphere, facilities, services, and activities catering to guests’ health needs. Guests can choose from a variety of summer retreat offers of all-inclusive wellness programs that combine spacious accommodation, a personal consultation with a health and wellness advisor, three wellness cuisine meals served per day, and a personalized wellness treatment and activity plan. They will also benefit from additional physical, mental, and emotional wellness related activities.

Additionally, guests will have access to the gymnasium and wellness centre facilities such as, hydrothermal area, sauna, steam, and outdoor pool. Similarly, they can sign up for several fitness classes, such as aquatic therapy, Pilates, yoga, meditation, stretching, and breathing exercises. 
The new retreat includes a choice of one treatment daily where guests can select from Zulal’s exclusive range of bespoke treatments such as invigorating massage, oriental scalp massage, signature Tadleek (full body massage), signature relaxing Al Qadam (foot massage), Massage Al-Batun (abdominal massage), and Hijama (Cupping). 

A number of Holistic Premium Treatments are also included in the new retreat, including Crystal Aroma Massage, Integrative TAIM Consultations, Nutrition Consultations, as well as a host of Deluxe Physio Treatments, such as Releasing Tension Therapy and Back, Neck, and Shoulder Release. The Mental Wellness and Emotional Detox Retreat also includes a number of Holistic Classic Treatments, including Reiki for adults, Energy Balancing, Foot Reflexology, and Massage Al-Ra’s (Head Massage).
