6 December 2021- Doha, Qatar: Vertigo, the latest pan-Asian restaurant in Doha by Banyan Tree at La Cigale Mushaireb, the hospitality market leader in Qatar, has recently announced the launch of its spectacular Friday Brunch, bringing its guests an unmatched dining experience at the trendiest lounge in Doha.

Customers of the sky-high Vertigo, perched on the highest tower in Mushaireb, will be able to experience an unforgettable feast filled extravaganza with sweet and savoury delights, and enjoy delectable dishes amid enchanting decor against a backdrop of breathtaking views of Doha’s skyline and the Old City. Enjoy Vertigo’s remarkable entertainment throughout the day, including top tunes by the restaurant’s resident DJ Alex.

The Friday Brunch will offer an array of spectacular dishes which will be served in a sharing style menu. Brunch will start with a delicious assortment of Cold Mezzeh such as Omakase, Asian Ceviche, Papaya Salad, Pho Pia Puu Sauce Mamuang, and Tuna Pizza, to be followed by a selection of Hot Mezzeh featuring favorites such as the Shrimp Bao, Vegetarian Dim Sum and Goong Sarong Buer Tod.

For main courses, Vertigo’s guests are promised an abundance of their favorite dishes including Phad Tom Yum Hang Goong, Korean Salmon, Josper Short Rib, Chinese Stir-Fried Beef, Gaeng Kiew Waan Gai, and Phad Thai, all accompanied by succulent side dishes of Rice, Steamed Broccoli, and Mushrooms  

Sweets and pastry cravers will satisfy their sweet tooth with the restaurant’s Naisa selections, including Japanese Mochi Ice Cream, Chinese Black Sesame Ice Cream, Thai Coconut Tart, Malaysian Mango Sago Pudding, Thai tea Creme Brule, Pumpkin Chestnut Cake, and flavorsome Exotic Fruits. Vertigo’s Guests will also be mesmerized with its garishly ritzy beverages exclusively prepared by Vertigo’s mixologists.

Friday Brunch is available every Friday from 1 pm to 4 pm, for QAR 379 per person for food only, QAR 429 per person for food plus soft beverages, and QAR 579 per person for food plus enhanced beverages.
