Inspired by its name that means “guide”, Rashid aims to respond to customer questions using improvisation and adaptability through English and Arabic during interaction.

Rashid provides a host of services to customers from locating the closest branch or the nearest ATM and discovering nearby merchant offers through geolocation services to providing information about the Bank’s products and services, connecting with customer service members and checking foreign currency exchange rates amongst many other services.

Virtual assistant 'Rashid' is currently available for customers on our website dukhanbank.com, Mobile App, online banking, and WhatsApp via 4410 0888. Moreover, it is available for Dukhan Bank employees on staff portal named “intouch” to resolve their queries.
