Festival City Celebrates Ramadan with A Myriad of Exclusive Offers and Promotions

Doha Festival City retailers share in the Ramadan’s celebrations offering a number of exclusive deals to shoppers 

Doha, Qatar – 6 April 2021:  Doha Festival City, Qatar's one and only choice for shopping, dining, and entertainment, is celebrating Ramadan with exclusive offers across a broad range of its retailers, highlighting new Ramadan collections, and most recent products launches.

Shoppers, fashion enthusiasts and home fashion aficionados can enjoy a number of offers from their favourite shopping destination. Hera, famous for its prestigious line of stunning evening gowns and collaborations with top international designers, will delight ladies looking for a special Ramadan outfit and kaftans that have just arrived in the store. Those in quest of a special look for Ramadan, will also find exquisite outfits at Aura, another premium evening dresses retailer that has also just launched their special Ramadan collection, full of colors and original pieces. 

Tally Weijl, a Swiss clothing retailer for the young and self-confident women, will also present its new collection featuring irresistible black and white modern looks, perfect for the Spring-Summer season 2021, and will offer a 50% discount on its previous collection, from April 26th to May 25th. 

Machka, a Turkish brand of impeccable everyday style; and Nu, futuristic and minimalistic brand for active women, will also invite Qatar shoppers to refresh their wardrobes with their new and classy collections. 

Furthermore, Riva and Riva Kids, beloved casual style brands from Kuwait, have released a stunning collection of kaftans and bright kids’ outfits perfect to spread the festive spirit of Ramadan. 

While Choice, a synonym of femininity and elegance, will showcase its new irresistible Ramadan womenswear collection available at the store. 

World’s favourite modest fashion brand Kashkha, blending Arabian and modern styles, will also showcase its Ramadan-exclusive collection at their Doha Festival City store. 

Number one British department store BHS will run a special mid-season promotion until 12th May on kids wear, womenswear, men’s clothing, homeware items, bags, and shoes. 

Little Milano Kids, a top destination for luxury Italian kids wear brand, will feature special prices on selected items from April 1st until June 12th, and will launch new collections by Fun&Fun couture, Manuel Ritz, Marc Ellis, Ninnaoh, Paolo Pecora Milano and Peuterey. 

Encouraging Qatar residents to continue to lead an active lifestyle during Ramadan, several Doha Festival City sports and activewear brands, including Columbia, Timberland, Vans, and The North Face, will launch new collections for customers to enjoy sports activities and explore the world in style. 

With home decoration being particularly important during the month of Ramadan, Doha Festival City homeware brands will also run exciting promotions, offering new collections and a myriad of items to embellish any home for the Holy Month. 

Muji, the iconic Japanese homeware retailer for minimalist urban living, will offer 50% off on selected items between March 30th and April 8th, as well as run a special houseware buy-2-get-one-free promotion on a selection of household items including tableware, cookware, and much more. 

Madam Coco, a Turkish beloved homeware brand bringing quality design and most recent interior décor trends, will also launch a special Ramadan collection boasting original and refined items across glassware, rugs, dinner sets, porcelain, and lanterns. 

Laura Ashley, one of the world’s leading home furniture companies originating from the UK, blending fresh design with refined British traditions, is running a ‘Mega offer’ with special prices on selected items from March 1st to May 15th, inviting Qatar residents to adorn their homes for Ramadan. 

NYX professional makeup will also delight ladies of Qatar with its special Ramadan promotion, offering free gifts for each spend starting from QAR179. 

Robert Hall, Doha Festival City General Manager, said: “We are looking forward to celebrating this special month with Qatar’s community, offering to our customers the best retail offers and promotions across clothing, homeware and beauty. We would also like to invite our customers to relish in a delicious Iftar selection from a number of dining outlets available at Festival City”.  


The mall will also adjust its trading hours during Ramadan, allowing Qatar residents to enjoy Iftar and Suhoor meals in one of the mall’s dining outlets, and continue enjoying their shopping afterwards. 

Between April 12th to April 24th, the Mall’s trading hours will be from 10:00 to 15:00, and from 19:00 to 00:00, while the hypermarket will be open continuously from 09:00 to 00:00, and F&B outlets will serve Iftar until 00:00. From April 25th to May 11th, general mall trading hours will be from 10:00 to 00:00, with an option to trade until 01:00. The Hypermarket will be open continuously from 09:00 to 00:00, and F&B outlets will serve Suhour until 00:00 or until 02:00 as an option. 

In line with the preventative measures set out by the authorities, Doha Festival City has introduced stringent health and safety measures throughout the mall for its staff and visitors. This includes a thorough mall disinfection treatment on a weekly basis, robust cleaning, and sanitization operations during mall trading hours, 127 hand sanitizing stations installed in the areas that have commonly touched surfaces.

 

At the entrance to the mall and all shops, visitors must show their green Ehteraz QR code, and should wear a face mask during their whole time in the mall. Kids below 12 years old are not allowed to enter the mall. Physical distancing stickers in common queuing areas, such as ATM machines, banks, telecommunication kiosks and branches and various retail shops were installed to help shoppers keep the required physical distance as set forth in the guidelines by the authorities. Stores will provide sanitizers on entry and at cash points to ensure the highest level of hygiene.
