Doha, Qatar – 16 November 2020:  Northview International, the new boutique American curriculum school by Artemis Education, is coming to Qatar, opening for September 2021 for classes of Pre-KG (3 years old) to Grade 2 (7 years old). Future classes will be up to Grade 5 (Elementary School), Grades 6 – 8 (Middle School) and Grades 9 – 12 (High School).

Delivering an outstanding family-focussed educational experience to children from 3 to 18 years of age, Northview International will operate from its brand new, state-of-the-art, future-proof facility. Embracing the very best learning concepts and supported by incredible edu-technology, Northview will set new standards for education in Qatar.

Situated in Umm Qarn in North Doha, just off the Al Shamal Highway and only 15 minutes from Lusail city, Northview’s modern site will deliver a community-driven school with small classes and incredible facilities, including: state-of-the-art zones for science, tech and performing-arts, specially designed learning spaces, an indoor swimming pool and a double indoor sports hall.


Northview International will set new standards for technology in schools in Qatar with a specifically designed American curriculum supported by the very latest educational technologies. The curriculum will deliver a fully blended provision that makes it not only cutting-edge but future-proof and COVID-proof.
Artemis Education is the new education vehicle led by the Brennan Family, the family behind Park House English School, who have operated at the fore-front of international education in Qatar for over thirty years.

Al Alfia for Education, a wholly owned subsidiary of Al Alfia Holding is the partner in this school project. The school will seamlessly integrate ‘The Three Subjects’ of Arabic language, Qatar History and Islamic Studies (for Muslims) as directed by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.


Set to deliver a carbon neutral buildingby 2030, Northview has taken responsibility towards sustainability, evident in the construction of school that eliminates environmental impact where possible. School operations will also have a target of achieving a carbon-zero rating in the future.

 

As part of its opening in 2021, the school will be open for classes of Pre-KG (3 years old) to Grade 2 (7 years old). As the school grows year-on-year, so will the pupil intake. Future classes will be up to Grade 5 (Elementary School), Grades 6 – 8 (Middle School) and Grades 9 – 12 (High School).
