16 February 2020, Doha, Qatar:   Zengo, the award-winning renowned Pan-Asian restaurant, is introducing a new ‘Sushi Night’, every Wednesday, from 6.30pm to 10:30pm, providing guests the ultimate dining experience for sushi lovers. 

The new menu offers guests an opportunity to enjoy all night sushi with their friends and family. A variety of sushi, sashimi and omakase style platters will be served, ensuring everyone experiences the unique and innovative dishes available at Sushi Wednesdays at Zengo.

Guests will kick start their evening with a variety of well-known dishes such as edamame, crab salad and miso soup. Miso Soup and edamame are some of the most frequently consumed food in Japan and for part of an everyday meal.

Sushi and sashimi, well-known Japanese delicacies will be served throughout the night, featuring sashimi favourites including tuna, salmon, hamachi and scallop. 

For those who prefer maki rolls, this will be the right place to indulge in rolls made of salmon tartar, prepared with fresh salmon and seasonings and variety of signature rolls including  Yuzu Prawns, Beef Teriyaki Rolls and many more.

Zengo is a Pan-Asian contemporary restaurant that is inspired by the travels of its owner, the renowned Chef Richard Sandoval, with incredible views of Doha’s glitzy skyline from the 61st floor of the Kempinski Residences and Suites Hotel in West Bay.

The All-Night Sushi concept allows guests to enjoy unlimited Sushi for QAR 195 (T&C apply). This promotion also includes a special cocktail menu prepared especially for Sushi Night at only QAR 30 per cocktail.
