Qatar Post issues 2019 FIFA Club World Cup stamps
December 23, 2019: Qatar Post has issued a set of two stamps to mark the 2019 FIFA Club World Cup, which was successfully held for the first time in Qatar from 11-21 December 2019.
The stamps are meant to document the sporting journey of Qatar, which is renowned for hosting major global sporting events; they bear the tournament’s trophy evoking the spirit of togetherness that global football events generate.
The two stamps are valued at QR5 each while special envelops are also available at the price of QR12. Qatar Post has printed a total of 30,000 sets and 1,000 envelops and these are now available at the Qatar Post Headquarters and all post office branches.
