The new all-inclusive food and beverage package for meetings of minimum 10 delegates can be set up either for a half-day or a full-day. The packages are designed in recognition of the growing importance of taking time between meetings to unwind and thereby enhance the meeting experience for delegates.

At Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, delegates can soak in breathtaking views of the azure blue waters, enjoy a game of bowling as well as two-way luxury boat transfers. Meeting organisers can now book the package at the resort, which includes use of the meeting room at no additional cost.  The meeting rooms are equipped with internet access (Wi-Fi), flip chart and markers, plasma screen with audio and visual, Anantara stationery and bottled water. The meetings can be interspersed with coffee breaks and delegates can also enjoy the scrumptious lunch buffet at Azraq Restaurant complemented with water and one round of soft drinks.

While the half-day package is being offered at QAR 275 per person during weekdays and QAR 325 during weekends. The full-day meeting package will cost QAR 330 per person during weekdays and QAR 380 on weekends, inclusive of an afternoon coffee break.
