Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji) P.Q.S.C, Qatar’s next generation bank, successfully concluded its ‘Career Day’ at the Marriott Marquis hotel  with the presence of representatives from the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs. At the event, the bank provided the right platform to explore the latest career opportunities in the country’s banking sector.

The event, which was attended by al khaliji's Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Fahad Al Khalifa and a number of senior staff from the bank, showcased available positions for Qataris and the unique opportunities to joining al khaliji's talented and high caliber staff.

The occasion served as an ideal platform for knowledge exchange where job seekers were able to ask their questions and get direct answers from al khaliji staff. The bank’s ‘Career Day’ reaffirmed al khaliji’s commitment to recruiting and developing a competent Qatari workforce through communication channels, education and training.

This event came in line with al khaliji Qatarization strategy. In 2016, the bank continued to boost Qatarization, and noticeably increased their representation on the Executive and Senior Management levels.
